PDF Distribution!!

Hello wanderers!
We are very pleased to announce that we have started PDF distribution via Backerkit. Everyone who pledged for a digital or physical copy of the book should receive a digital copy today.
Due to the way that digital distribution works through Backerkit, some of you may get multiples of the two files (a compressed PDF and a high quality PDF) but you should only get one email notification.
We are so excited to share the book with you finally, and can't wait to get the physical copy out to you all as soon as possible! We will keep you updated as we navigate the last few steps of this journey.
P.S.: seeing as a few of you have mentioned concerns regarding changes of address, please note that even though orders are locked down, you may still change your shipping address through your survey link.

Shipping Update and PDF Distribution

Hello wanderers! From the WANDERLUST editorial team, we hope you are all doing well, and for those of you who are experiencing summer months right now, we hope you are enjoying the warm weather!
We regret to inform you all that due to more unexpected circumstances, we must once again delay our shipping of the physical books. As indie creators of our first project of this nature, we’ve encountered many challenges and pitfalls we did not anticipate. For the sake of transparency, here are the reasons for this delay:
Over the past month or so, both moderators have experienced a number of health issues that slowed down the production process. We thought that despite this, we would manage to get everything squared away on time. However, we then met with hardware problems and technical difficulties with the print file, and realized that we made errors in our initial estimate of shipping time from the factory.
We understand that you backed our project in good faith, and we assure you that we take our promise to fulfil your pledges very seriously. We are doing our absolute best to deliver the books to you all as soon as we can. As such, we will be shipping the physical rewards as soon as they arrive, which we currently estimate to be by mid-August.
Originally, PDFs were meant to be distributed as physical rewards were being delivered, but considering the delays, we will be distributing the digital copies of WANDERLUST on [Friday, June 22]. Backers who pledged for the physical and/or digital copies of the book will receive their digital copies on this date.
We apologize once again for this delay. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us and we will reply to you as promptly as possible.

Hello wanderers!
Firstly, we would like to thank you for your continued support and patience as we go through this process. Zoe and I are working our hardest to get the book out to you all as soon as we can! We have a few exciting updates for you all.
Shipping
In our last update, we notified you all that we would be delaying shipping due to issues with getting production underway, and we estimated May/early June for shipping the books. The moderating team and contributors have all been working hard to get the book finalized and printed. We’re happy to announce that, despite many obstacles, the book will be off to print next week and as soon as we receive the printed copies, we will be shipping them off to all of you. As such, we are looking at the June end of our original revised estimate. We will make an announcement when the books arrive to us in early/mid June, and then we will immediately get started shipping them!
PDFs
As some of you were wondering, PDFs will be delivered at the same time as physical books are being delivered. This is to ensure that everyone is getting their first peek at the book around the same time, even though of course the PDFs will not require physical shipping.

We apologize once again for the delays, but we would also just like to thank you all sincerely for your support and patience in this process. Zoe and I decided to do most of the moderation, grunt work, design, editing, etc on our own, and with just the two of us we met some obstacles that delayed our process. We’re so happy to be in the final stages of book production, and we can’t wait to get the book out to all of you.

March Update

Hello Wanderers!
A quick update on the Wanderlust's production schedule as we head into March:
Unfortunately, due to formatting and editing issues, we have had some delays in finalizing the print files, and as such have not been able to begin production with the printer. Because of this, we are currently looking at delaying shipping to May, potentially spilling over into the first week of June at the latest. We don't take such delays lightly, but our top priority is and always has been delivering you the best book that we can.
